One organ donor can save up to seven lives and improve the quality of life for almost 50 others. But it only happens if your family knows your choice.

Empower healthcare heroes – Training doctors, nurses, and medical students so more potential donors are identified and more lives are saved.
Support the transplant community – From uplifting patient stories to gifting Zanes (soft toy hearts for transplant kids), TELL brings comfort, connection, and hope.
Through creative campaigns like the Orgamites (quirky organ characters teaching kids about donation) and Shadow Surgeries (where students can witness life-saving transplants up close), TELL is changing the way South Africa talks about organ donation.
